ABOUT ME

i will spend 9 months at Hertha, which is a Rudolf Steiner Community, where we live and work as respectfully as we can with handicapped people. i want to offer you the chance to experience such a wonderful place where people can get involved as volunteers for a few days.
Most volunteers ends up working at the Bakery, Greenery or Kitchen

The bakery is an active and lively workshop where 5-7 people work every day. More than half of the production is sold outside Hertha to shops and institutions. Here they bake bread, cakes and other products of high quality craftsmanship using the best biodynamic and ecological raw materials.

kitchen: Every day hot meals for 30 – 40 people are cooked. Normally three courses. At Hertha House there is a lovely big kitchen where 4-5 people prepare the food, often with fresh raw products from the farm and gardening workshop.

Garden: For the past 10-12 years the land has been cultivated using the best biodynamic principles. They have 3-4 acres of land and a glasshouse. They produce lots of vegetables and good work. The products are sold via our ’Customer-Farmer scheme’ to about 130 people who get most of the vegetables which a family needs here

dozens, hundreds, thousands.... it seems to be a job interview, i think i have filled in thousands of these things! anyway, sports in general, yoga, pranayama and meditation, dancing, fooling around, cooking and baking (well, my mum´s kitchen is a kind of lab), growing, healing, travelling, discovering, partying, music in live, destroy myself and all around me in concert, etc etc etc etc
