About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Expanding my intercultural knowledge.

ABOUT ME

As I said I like to keep myself busy! Therefore; I enjoy learning and doing new things and explore my horizon. But this is also the reason why I might not be available for getting together and showing you around. But whenever I have free time, I'd be more than willing to...

I LOVE intercultural communication and find meeting people of different backgrounds just fascinating! In fact, I'm even writing my bachelor's theses on this topic.
I also love sports! I'm a devoted gymnast myself; have practised Aesthetic Group Gymnastics for 18 years and still continue doing it (from time to time).
My recent passion is dancing! I enjoy dancing and hanging out with my friends and people who are fun to be with! And most of all I enjoy travelling, which is one of the reasons I joined this project!

PHILOSOPHY

Everything happens for a reason!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I believe that the CS Project helps to build tolerance and acceptance between people of different backgrounds and culture. It helps to show that stereotypes are there but nobody should prejudge anyone before really meeting the person.

Music, Movies, and Books

Just some movies I've seen recently, that I really enjoyed and that I would recommend.
"Peaceful Warrior", "The Pursuit of Happiness", "Taken", "2 Days in Paris", "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button", "Whatever Works", "Up in the Air"

I would also like to point out some authors I find interesting to read: Stephen Clarke and Rober Kiyosaki. Also books like "French or Foe?" by Polly Platt and "The Parable of the Pipeline" by Burke Hedges

And the music....well it depends on my mood, I'm capable of listening practically to anything but THE MOST I enjoy the music I can dance to!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Skydiving! Musical at Broadway!

Teach, Learn, Share

Always have a back up plan! People change their minds because of different reasons, so it's always good to know that there's someone you can turn to in case of an emergency!

Countries I’ve Visited

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Czech Republic, Finland, France, Germany, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Russian Federation, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, United States
