I am 30 years old Polish bloke, happily married to my lovely wife Justyna. We live in a house located between a beautiful city of Katowice and even more beautiful city of Cracow. Coming to this part of Poland is a chance to explore a unique region of Upper Silesia, which has its share of attractive cities worth a visit, like Katowice with its Nikoszowiec - coal miners' settlement where you can see 'the familoks' (unique Polish multi-family residences - a candidate to UNESCO), Zabrze with its Guido Coal Mine, where you can go deep underground to see the mine, eat sth and even go to the theatre, Tychy with its famous Tyskie brewery where you can taste different kinds of Polish beer. And this is just a tiny portion of Upper Silesia's diamonds. This part of Poland is also an excellent starting point to visit Cracow, Wroclaw or the Czech Republic. So 'be my guest', take your bagpacks and come to Poland - its beauty & uniqueness will surprise you not once but countless times :)

I am a fan of rock & metal music. I often listen to Rammstein, Bauhaus, Joy Division, Alice in Chain, Megadeath, Korn, Soundgarden, Radiohead, Audioslave, but I sometimes reach for diferent bands like Queen or U2. I love Russian literature -writers like Tolstoy, Czechow, Dostojewsky and French literature, especially Victor Hugo's books. My favourite movies are The Godfather, The Shining, Psycho, Lord of the Rings and the James Bond series.
