My name is Michael and Im from Kralupy nad Vltavou. That is in Czech Republic in the Middle of Europe, heh.
Im 23 and I study tourism on college in Prag.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I was told about it on college and I was very interested.
Because, how better do you want to experience the real life in the foreign countries than stay with people, who live there.

So I want to know new people, talk with them and laugh with them. Id like to cook some food, which is typical in Czech Republic and Id be happy to taste local food.

Interests

I love music, films, books, playing guitar, cooking, ride a bycicle, friends and many more things.

Actually, I can talk with anybody about anything, beacuse I love to talk.
Of course if I know the right words, because my english isnt perfect, but I want to improve it and I learn quickly.

I also love food, so Id sure like to go to local restaurants and taste different foods and also drinks. Well drinks, I love czech beer so tasing local beers is like duty for me.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music - My opinion is, when its a good music, it doesnt depend on genre or band. But mostly I listen to rock music.

Movies - As well as music, I like a lot of different movies, but especially The Star Wars and other good sci-fi films.

Books - When I was twelve I didnt have internet connection home. So instead of Facebook wall I read Stephen King´s books. In that age, it was kinda strange. Of course I read all Harry Potter books such as any other normal teenager in that times.

And when I was near graduation at high school, I read under the table Sinuhe, the Egyptian, during czech language lessons with our class teacher. She saw me and immediately wanted to show what I was reading. When I showed it to her, She said: "I read this book before graduation too, you can continue" I was really suprised.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One day I woke up, took my mother´s bike (because mine was broken) and went to more than 150 kilometers ride. My legs were dead but it was awesome.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you some czech food and also some nice czech words.

I want to learn how to cook local food and of course some word in local languages, jokes and others.

I can share my time with you and my friends if you´d like to.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can show you the atmosphere in normal czech family, or in classic local pub with local people, local food and local beer!

Surely I can show you the beauties of one of the most charming cities in the world, Prague!!
