Overview
About Me
I love nature and exploring diverse landscapes, hiking, running, tennis, dancing (salsa, mambo, bachata, kizomba, son cubano,..), (race) cycling, camping, linguistics, words and etymology, learning languages (mainly English and French, but also Singhalese, Farsi, Dutch or Greek -- if I find the time). I'm a curious traveler, eager to learn about the places I travel to and exchange knowledge and experiences with the people I meet. I also enjoy some alone time from time to time, i.e. I know how to spend time independently / I find my way around well;) I'm generally interested in knowledge and science and always eager to learn new things;)
I don't like alcohol and bars too much (yes, it's true), and I prefer deep talk over small talk;)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To host people once I'm back home, to stay with others, make friends, and to meet up, wherever that should be.
