Hey everybody! My name is Elisa and i just turned 23 years old.

I was born and raised in Milan, but i currently live in Tokyo, Japan. I am a graduate school student that will be soon graduating in Japanese Studies.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My main reason for trying out couchsurfing is that i wanted to try going behind my comfort zone. I am usually a shy person and I want to become more open through meeting other people during my travels.

Interests

Since coming to Tokyo I have discovered a penchant for both anpan and ice cream! When neither of these are around I will settle for a good conversation on pretty much anything, or a trip to the conbini. I don't travel too often, but I want to learn how to use a camera and see what else is out there, even if there are big bugs too. I've travelled to Hokkaido and want to live there, also, any other travel tips would be amazing.

Oh, and if you find any good cheeses or olives, Im up for tasting session anytime!
