Hello! I’m Alina, I live in Saint Petersburg and study here at the university in the department of clinical psychology. And this is an area that really interests me - the field of studying human feelings, thoughts, behaviors and characteristics and how it all works together.

I love interesting conversations, sense of humor and long walk (really-really long walk:)) by foot or by bike. I also like campaigns with tents, hiking and nature recreation)
I have a great experience of hitchhiking around Russia and I love to travel)

After my already big experience in couchsurfing I understood that I should say more, because now I think it will be more convenient and cool for all of us (couches and surfers) if we will better understand persons and their pages to find someone who can be really close to you and who can became a good friend for you.
I don’t like noisy big parties, or noisy bars - I like to drink beer or wine (especially Belgium beer, it’s my weaknesses..) but in quiet atmosphere, when the music doesn’t muffle your conversations) and when there is not a lot of people

I’m open to new experience, new places and new people in all their diversity)

Now I can’t accept guests, but I will be really glad to meet up with you in Saint Petersburg and walk there, narrate you about my vision of Russia and show my favorite secret places of this city)

Everything is pretty trite - I like to learn new cultures, new life styles and new people. I don’t like tourist well-groomed places, I want to learn cultures from the inside, and culture is in really small things, in small words and emotions.
and always it’s really surprised! - to see HOW people live and how can it be different from what I'm used to, it’s fascinatingly

We are all very different and very similar at the same time, it’s interesting to observe this)

I just listen to everything) I love rock, pop, trance, ambient, dreampop, old music, classic, jazz, blues, ethno music. I love live music, I love to sing (a lot :) I love african drums and indian sitar. I like to dance and I dance for myself everyday )

I like dramas, sometimes comedies, fantasy and art-house, I can evaluate other genres (for example, thrillers or action films) objectively - but I don’t get any pleasure from them.
