I'm a lawyer, on the regular basis living in Warsaw, Poland. I did, however, live in many places around the world doing studying and working. Now I escape the routine as often as possible. The most awesome thing I've done in my life was embarking on a 15-month trip, during which I visited 19 countries in Europe, Africa, Southeast Asia and the Middle East. I financed the travel by working as a kitesurfing instructor when I was running out of money - for this reason I stayed for longer periods in Greece, Thailand and Tanzania. I visited 59 countries to date. And still counting!

It enables me to get in real touch with the locals. That's how I imagine true travelling - it's all about being a part of the culture of the country you're in at the moment. Trying to adapt, to spend these days abroad in the way the locals do it - that's how it should look like and this is how you actually get to know the place you find yourself at.
