Jack and I are a young couple who got married February 2014. We are Australian. We share a love of family, food, travel, good coffee, adventure and live music. We have been dreaming of a big overseas trip. FINALLY we are doing it! We are giving up our jobs (Bronnie is a Nurse and Jack a Minning Engineer/Geologist) and starting our adventure. Our journey will commence in Canada and we will slowly make our way through USA & South America to UK & Europe.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We love community and although we are excited to travel together, we leave behind a great community in Adelaide Australia. We are looking to meet new people and experience local communities as we travel. In our experience staying with local people completely your transforms your perception and experience. You get to discover hidden gems and new friends.

Interests

Jack loves the snow and skiing, whilst Bronnie grew up by the beach- and enjoys the waves and sand.

We love our indie rock & a little bit of folk music. Alt J, Goyte, Death Cab for Cutie, The Kooks, Chet Faker, Florence and the Machine & Bon Iver- some of our very favorite artists! Nothing is as good as live music.

We love a good comedy (The Office & New Girl ) and of course the likes of Game of Thrones & Breaking Bad. We love the quirky odd movie and have recently discovered a few good ones.
