Born in Malaysia, and came to US to study at University of Washington, Seattle. I have been working as a software engineer at Amazon right after graduation. I am an avid hiker and I have also done some mountaineering on the side. I am looking forward to traveling to different part of the US by trains.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like start traveling to new places and meet with locals. Moreover, if I am going to do that frequently, I want to be economical about it, and couchsurfing seems like a good choice.

Reading and other outdoor activities that I am capable of doing, such as hiking, backpacking and mountaineering. I also like to try out new restaurants and exploring the neighborhood.

Big fan of Japanese pop artist, aiko. Other than that, I like listening to alternative rock and classical music. I am not into movies. I enjoy reading biographies and diaries/journals.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Climbed Mt. Rainier and Mt. Baker within a week of each other, without hiring guides.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I like to say some stories, but they might not be that interesting after all. And I can't host because I am living in my office. I will treat them to a dinner to show my appreciation.
