We are a Finnish-Turkish couple who met in India 35 years ago. We lived in India and Nepal for nearly 7 years in total. We have a big and close family; 5 children and 4 grandchildren (soon 5) and we love travelling. Taya is currently taking a leave from work and Mazhar is retired so now we're travelling around Europe with our mobile home and two small dogs until the end of May 2015.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We heard about this from our children and thought it's a great way to get to know other open-minded people while travelling around. We would rather stay in our mobile home, but would love if we could park in a backyard and have some good company. And occasional shower would be nice :)
