I used to practice Ashtanga yoga six days a week. Now I'm (trying) to at least run every other day. I always try to bring mindfulness to it though.

I've done nothing amazing.

But the world has brought some amazing moments to me: an opportunity to exchange smiles with His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama, and soon after, life brought me a baby daughter. Not wanting to impose anything to anyone, my wife and I, we asked our daughter when she was still in the womb for a name. We told her, 'Please kick if you heard anything you like'. I read all names, all words to her, but she kicked only once. After I mentioned to her the word Lhasa, after the Tibetan capital. As I write this, Lhasa is now 9 months old.
