So, hi there. You can call me Rita or Mengdi, whichever is more easily for you to remember. I was born and raised in China, studied in London, and spend way too much time on traveling around.

I'm more or less travel-addicted. Very outgoing and friendly, I'm sure my friends can voucher for me lol. Love meeting people, knowing stories, experiencing things and eating good food.

CF is a great website for people to make friends, no doubt. I've couchsurfed in England, Scotland, Morocco and Vietnam, having wonderful time with those amazing people I got to know.
I don't have my own apartment yet, so could not be a host for the timebeing, but I would love to offer a comfy couch as soon as I move out of uni dorm.

Mengdi surfed with me in Rabat one night. She was a really fun and friendly girl! I happened to be hosting a party and she got along well with all my friends. We went out dancing and she had a good time dancing with everyone. She was a great addition to our group. She also left me some sweet gifts from China when she left the house. What a nice surfer!

Music: I'm not really picky in music, kinda of listening to all kinds of music.
Bands or singers I do think they are cool: Maroon 5, Bruno Mars, Amy Winehouse, George Ezra, James Blunt, Fergie, Gorillaz, Imagine Dragons, Radiohead, One Republic, Coldplay, Suede, Eason Chan, Yoga Lin.

Movies: I love harsh movies like Nightcrawler and Gone Girl, inspiring ones like Dead Poem Society, sweet ones like Before Sunrise or Notebook, and funny ones like Hangover or Three Idiots.
Plus. I'm a crazy fan of Jake Gyllenhaal and Ryan Gosling.

Books: A LOOOOOT. Chinese prose, Japanese mystery story and English novels or psychological books. For instance, currently I'm reading Blink by Malcolm Gladwell, which is really brilliant and insightful.
