Hi, I’m Jorge, a Mexican guy who loves traveling and meeting people from everywhere. I spent several years working on cruise ships, which gave me the chance to see many corners of the world and connect with amazing cultures. Now I have a remote job in the tech industry, so I can keep moving around while working.

I’m a big fan of the beach, hiking, street food, and good talks over a drink. I’ve lived in Playa del Carmen, Los Cabos, and Celestún, and I’m always up for sharing stories and new adventures. I also enjoy tasting local craft beers wherever I travel.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Some amazing things I’ve done include riding a quad bike across the dunes of Namibia, hiking the 4-day Salkantay Trek to reach Machu Picchu in Peru, trekking on a glacier in Patagonia, snorkeling the Great Barrier Reef in Australia, spending days surrounded by rice fields in Ubud, visiting the Fetish Market in Togo, learning about Māori culture in New Zealand, flying in a hot air balloon over Cappadocia in Turkey, taking a Nile River cruise in Egypt, and doing a road trip across Costa Rica.
