Hello! We are Alice and Scott from the UK, currently backpacking on a 1-2 year trip from home. We decided to join the couchsurfing community as a 2015 new year's resolution, in order to spend time with more people who live in and know the places we visit, and of course to make friends!

In the past year, we lived and worked in Queensland, Australia and are currently backpacking SE Asia. We love travelling, meeting new people and exploring beautiful countries.

We are happy, friendly and outgoing people who enjoy being active and exploring. We'd really appreciate learning about new places and cultures by spending time with people who live there.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When Kayaking in Port Macquarie, Australia, we had a huge stretch of estuary to ourselves and a pod of dolphins swam past! It was too fast for a photograph but we'll never forget the surprise and the memory.
