Mexican born and raised, I love reading and getting to know new places and people. I don't smoke and I socially drink. I love sunny days and walking without direction. I also enjoy dancing to good music.

Currently I'm an exchange student in France and I'd like to meet new people and different places. Friends told me this is the best way of achieving that. Having couchsurfed for two times now I've realized it is an amazing opportunity to both get to know the culture of the country or city you're visiting and to really feel the essence of a city.

When I was 17 and 18 I participated in a literacy campaign in a mexican rural community. Illiteracy in Mexico is still a problem, and along with other volunteers I spent two summers in rural community in Veracruz teaching adults to read and write.
