I am Brazilian countryside born and raised guy. I am currently living one of the greatest experiences of my life which is being an exchange student in USA. This is my first international experience. Right now I am living in Lincoln NE but moving to DC in one week. I am very laid back and a joker. I really like to live life the way we are supposed to: enjoying it.

I am here to have the opportunity to meet people from different cultures and backgrounds. Since I live on campus housing I can't host as often as I wanted :(

Interests

I am a science and nature lover. Physics has showed me the endless beauty of our Universe and in the future I want to learn more about nature. Watching movies , reading and walking turns any bad day in the perfect day. As any normal person, I really enjoy music.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like many different kinds of music but symphonic metal, classical music and Brazilian music are my favourite. Within Temptation, Queen and Florence + The machines make my life better. I am sure I will die before I can decide weather The Lord of The Rings or Star Wars is my favorite movie. Contact is another one that I really like. O Alienista (A Brazilian book) is my favorite since it is dramatic, sarcastic, funny and crazy.

I became a professor when I was 19 years old( that was traumatic).

I love to learn about different cultures and personal views of life from other people. Also I like to expose my thoughts.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Although I am sort of young I have a lot of life experience to share. I was raised in a farm close to forests I had many adventures there. I already have worked as professor, farmer, aquarium fish seller, waiter and physics tutor. I have a bunch of funny stories to share about those positions. Also, I am a Portuguese if you are interested on that I can help you. My mother tells I am a great cooker, then I can share my Brazilian cuisine skills (hopefully my mom is a trustful person).
