I would like to give a short description of who I am and where I come from.

My name is Benjamin I am 26 years old and I come from the Netherlands (Dutch Father, German Mother). I did not always live in the Netherlands, in fact I was born in Bolivia and lived there for about one year and then moved to Costa Rica where I have lived for 9 years in total. After 10 years of living on the Latin continent I moved to The Netherlands with my parents and two brothers. The fact that I grew up on the Latin continent, has definitely shaped the person who I am today. I am always interested in cultural backgrounds of others and I am keen to learn about new cultures and experiences of others. I would say that I am quite a multicultural person.

Furthermore, I enjoy discovering life by outside activities, going to the pub, hanging out with friends, travelling and sports. Furthermore, I would say I am quite a regular person, I like to socialize and I believe I am a social person.

Currently, I am living in Copenhagen studying a masters for two years. I think you can call me an International Kid since I'm constantly moving around places and its never certain where I will be living in the long term.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am on Couchsurfing because I think it is a great way to meet the local people from a city to be visiting. And as local person to receive people and offer a nice place to stay.
