Grown up in a really really ... really small village in the north of Bavaria, nobody understood but I always knew:
I have to find out what's happening in the whole wide world!
Unfortunately, at first, I did not have many opportunities to do so..
It was in my last year at school, that I had the chance to leave Germany for the first time and participate in a 2-weeks elective in France- it was magnificent and I wanted more!
After I finished school, I left my home and started studying medicine in Erlangen. I was happy about living with other young people and making lots of new friends and experiences.
Since then, I am using every opportunity to visit all kinds of different places. Beginning from visiting friends in Berlin and Vienna to gaining working experience in Switzerland, Africa and Canada... I cannot get enough...
Summing up, I think I am one of the most uncomplicated persons at all, friendly, open-minded, funny, tolerant and extremely interested in all kinds of things and people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think that this concept offers a great platform for open-minded people all over the world and combines a useful help for travellers with the extraordinary chance of making friends everywhere!
.. and by the way, my stay in Cameroon taught me that you do not need much comfort to have the greatest time of your life!

Interests

I adore Music, especially when I can dance and sing to:)

I love all kinds of dancing, especially ballett and modern dance, but hip hop and things like rock'n'roll or charleston dance are also great fun for me!
My boyfriend and me recently also took some ballroom dance lessions, which was rather difficult for both, I have to admit:)
Beyond dancing I also do some other sports like running, gymnastics and volleyball.

Singing is another great passion of mine-from some jam sessions with my boyfriend on guitar to singing in church in choir or solo accompanied by a friend of mine on piano.
At the moment I am learning playing the piano by myself so that I hopefully can also accompany myself one time:)

Music, Movies, and Books

I really love Florence and the machine!
Additionaly, I really like watching Musicals or singing some musical songs by myself!
My favourite movie probably is Forest Gump but I also like others like Shutter Island and Inception..finding Nemo is also very important for me:)
I read lots of good books, I cannot pick my favourite..

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I visited Cameroon for two months in 2014 -
It was the most impressive experience I have made so far!
