About Me
Retired NYC line cook, who saved enough from not drinking too much to travel Central and South America with my girlfriend, Saaida.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
My hope for Couchsurfing, besides maybe saving some money, is to get a chance to explore the cities and towns I'm visiting a little more in depth than if I just stayed at a hotel or hostel. I always appreciate a host who has a little time to interact and tolerate my intolerable Spanish, but I am a cook by trade, so I usually at least have something I can bring to the table (har har har).
