I am a quiet but very easy-going guy. I have a good sense of humour (if you love puns and sarcasm, I'm a guy you'd wanna meet)

I am a university student, studying Electrical and Electronic Engineering.

I worked part-time, tutoring teenagers on Math and Sciences.

No religious views. Don't do anything to other which you wouldn't want them to do to you.

Pretty clueless about politics.

I enjoy travelling very much. It's always been a dream of mine to travel the world (Europe, in particular). I enjoy making new friends from all over the world, because I am genuinely interested in learning about new cultures (having grown bored with my own, haha). I love listening to stories (I've been told I'm a really good listener, I'll let people I meet be the judge of that).

However, I'd much rather meet people in smaller groups, as I find it rather futile to connect with people when I am in a large group, talking about the weather and such.

I am up for most things, adventures and such, though I'd pick an evening indoors with a coffee rather than a night out drinking and clubbing any day.

2 main reasons.

1. College kid from a not-so-wealthy background. Best way to travel cheap and meet new people.

2. Couchsurfing will allow me to see the way of life of a local at its most genuine form. I'm very interested to live in different culture and know someone who is very different from me.

Currently living in school accommodation, will be happy to host 1 in Glasgow

兴趣

Travelling and Sightseeing is something that brings me a lot of joy. Though I take photos with my lousy phone camera, I know that when I look back on those photos and remember the experience I got in that foreign place, it'll be something no one can take away from me. That's why I wish to travel a lot, see many sights and take many photos.

I also enjoy listening to music of most genre. Anything that gets my head bobbing or gets me relaxed, depending on what I'm in the mood for. I also play the piano (not well).

I am a bit of a geek as well, I'm interested to learn about anything Science-y whenever anyone is willing to teach. (Though this applies to topics outside of Science, because I just enjoying listening to people's stories)

I like sports too. To play and to watch. I watch football a lot (or soccer, for the Americans) and follow the football news quite closely.

Like any male youth, I indulge in wasting time online (Reddit..) and playing computer games as well.

I don't read much, though I'm trying to get back into it. Currently reading Catch-22 by Joseph Keller.

I'm not sure if it's something I should feel a sense of achievement for, but the most amazing thing I've experienced thus far is travelling on a helicopter into the Himalayas. And then, staying there for a few days before coming back out.
