Hi we're Ryan and Emma, and we are about to embark on a 12 month trip through Europe.

We are leaving our coastal town on the south coast of NSW Australia now that Emma has finished her masters of dietetics and I am having a break from 8 years flying helicopters.

We are both super excited to get out there, meet some people from around the world and enjoy this journey that we have been planning for a long time.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We're here to travel Europe in more than the typical hostel touring style and actually meet the locals and get a true experience of the local cultures.

We reckon that this is will provide the best experience and also make some new friends from around the world that we can hopefully host in our awesome part of the world one day.

Can show some skills in surfing, most sports and a bit of Aussie cooking. Would love to learn another language and share some musical jams on the guitar and bongos!

What I Can Share with Hosts

We have very positive, easy and happy attitudes towards most scenarios in life and feel we can bring a good, fun and considerate vibe to any host or guest (in future).

We can share just about anything from a good story to a good time in the local area checking out the sights and activities.
