Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I got introduced to Couchsurfing by friends who have done it a few times now and I think it is a brilliant idea so I want to be part of it!
Also I realized very quickly that the couchsurfing community is much more than only hosting people. It's about showing people around in new cities, helping each other and sharing. This is amazing!

Interests

Since I am studying law I am interested in nearly everything that includes my studies of two different law systems.
I play basketball and love all kinds of sports, also fitness outside, running, simply moving and doing something that makes you sweat! Also Yoga for example…
When I find the right dancing partner, I love dancing Salsa.
I love meeting new people and hanging around with my good old friends at the same time. If I had more money I would be traveling the whole world.
At the moment I am learning Spanish, because I love languages and it's the same thing - if I had the time I would spend years on learning many more languages and getting to know new cultures.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like most of the popular songs which you can hear on the radio - like charts - because I can sing and dance to it and simply have fun. Also some RnB and HipHop.
What moves me deeply is the blues/soul/rock music of the fifties (Etta James, Muddy Waters, Chuck Berry, Elivs, etc.)
What I love to dance to is Latin (Salsa) Music.
Currently I also rediscovered some classic piano plays like Chopin or Yann Tiersen which help me concentrate while studying.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have travelled to Indonesia - which has the most amazing landscape I have ever seen.

One never stops learning - so do I and I am happy to keep on learning, getting to know new people, new countries, new cultures, making experiences and on the other hand side being able to share my culture and knowledge with others!
