Hello. My name is Olivia, I am 24 years old. I am a Brazilian journalist and I live in São Paulo.

I love to travel. My first big trip was to the Brazilian Amazon and Leticia in Colombia are really beautiful and amazing places. Also went to Haiti for a business trip, a place that always dreamed of going, it's amazing to grab those people and their culture, hope to return soon. Recently I went to Buenos Aires, Argentina, and fell in love even more by culture and by the Argentines.

I want to travel the world. I have special interest in South America, Africa and Europe. I like to know the culture and history of the places.

I know well and love walking by São Paulo. I would love to present the best of my city for you, be happy.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I would like to meet new and interesting people from others countries and cultures. I also want to practice my English and Spanish and help people with the Portuguese. I like to introduce the São Paulo city to the tourists, it's a pleasure.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like rock and MPB. I like to watch series, movies of history, suspense, action, drama, Latinos and others. Currently, my favorite book is "Route 66" of Caco Barcellos, a large Brazilian journalist. But I like to read books about politics, history, journalism and others.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

More than three years I study about Haiti. Travel to Port au Prince was very interesting.
