About Me
Cat and animal lover 🐈🐕🦔🐦
Nature lover 🍀
I’m a high school teacher from Turkey who loves to travel — not to chase tourist attractions, but to explore how people live, how they think, and what their culture feels like.
I enjoy talking to locals and spending time with them. For me, learning about different ways of life opens the mind and enriches the heart.
I believe that “Everyone lives a life they’ve chosen, and we should respect that.”

About Hosting
Dear surfers, here’s what you should know:
🌟 I’ll do my best to make you feel at home.
🕐 I’m okay with last-minute requests.
🏠 When you’re in my home, you’re free to be yourself. Just please inform me about any changes — delays, plan updates, or your arrival time. Things happen, no problem — just keep me in the loop!
🛏️ You’ll have a clean bed, fresh sheets, towels, and pillows. (I might ask for help when changing them.)
💡 You’re welcome to use all household facilities — washing machine, hair dryer, internet, etc.
🚗 I can show you around, give you a ride, and even cook a homemade meal.
Hope I can be a good host for you — and you, a kind guest ✨
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love meeting people from all over the world and learning about different cultures. Helping travelers find a place to stay is something I genuinely enjoy — basically, I’m a professional “couch guide”! 😄
Couchsurfing for me isn’t just about a bed for the night; it’s about swapping stories, sharing laughs, and making friends who might just become lifelong partners in adventure. Every new connection is a little journey, and I’m always up for seeing where it leads! 🌍✨
Interests
I love traveling and exploring nature — trekking is my favorite way to get lost on purpose. I enjoy cultural activities and reading Kafka and Pessoa, even if I sometimes only pretend to understand them. I’m not into politics, but I enjoy chatting about social issues. Abroad, I spend time in cafes, hang out with locals, and pretend I belong, while everyone knows I’m a tourist. Always happy to share a story, swap travel tips, or just enjoy a coffee with new friends.

Music, Movies, and Books
I enjoy all kinds of music, but folk music always has a special place. My taste changes with my mood and life phase, so you never know what I’ll be listening to next. 😄
I love travel books and city guides — planning my trips is half the fun! Kafka and Pessoa inspire me so much that I’ve visited Prague and Lisbon to get closer to their worlds.
I don’t watch many films these days, but Netflix and BluTV always have something interesting.
I really enjoy meeting new people, sharing stories, and exploring cities like a local. Let’s chat, laugh, and maybe have a small adventure together! 🌍✨
