Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm in Couchsurfing because I'm going to finish my Phd in march and I want to travel and to know the places from another perspective different that only touristic.

Interests

I love music, traditional music, and dancing too. I dance colombian folklore 6 years ago and I love to travel and to learn different dance styles.
I like to do sport, to walk, to go to the beach and learn another languages.
I love cats and respectful and quiet people.
My english is not especially good but I can to communicate.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like tropical and afro music: salsa, cumbia, jazz, brazilian music (samba, bossa nova, forró). I love music from Cabo Verde, Senegal and Reunion Island...When I'm working I love to listen classical music.
My favorite books are the novels, I love literature from hispano-america and brazilian too. It depends the moment I enjoy to the poesy.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I wrote my thesis, 500 pages about the same subject, after 5 years of research. This is the last thing that I've done and I can't still believe it.

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach: spanish, dance salsa and cumbia, a lot of things about the XVI century :) and too cook some typical colombian food.

Learn: dance, cook and all that I can about other cultures
