Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Thought since my new place has a spare room I might aswell make some use of it, or more accurately have someone else make use of it.

Interests

Bit of a foodie, love to cook, read a fair bit; mainly science and nonfiction. Little bit of a stereotypical Irishman as I love a good whiskey, clubbing days are coming to a close though can be found in one now and again but mainly go to bars these days. Love motorbikes, hiking, any and all water sports, can sail, windsurf, alright wakeboarder and enthusiastic but kinda terrible kitesurfer.

Music, Movies, and Books

Love all types of music going from rock, indie, house, minimal, techno, jazz and classical ( although I don't know that much classical has I've only recently started getting into it)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was part of the first ever group of people ( outside of the National Geographic) to trek to the worlds largest cave in the Phong Nha Vietnam

What I Can Share with Hosts

Only recently moved to Manchester so don't have a huge amount of local knowledge, but happy to share what I know.

Guests are welcome to use the living room, wifi and kitchen. I'm happy to head out and go exploring the city or showing you what I know or leave you to your own devices. ( evasive of work I won't always be able to head out)
