I am a man of music and philosophy. I have quite much of occupations, which forces me to travel between two biggest cities of Lithuania; Vilnius and Kaunas. This year I decided to move back to Kaunas, after living in the capital past five years.
I teach music history in Kaunas music gymnasium, I also work in Lithuanian National Television, and do a weekly talk show about music.
I am into experimental electronic and electro-acustic music, of which I also organize a festival in the mid of October.
I am not one of those who are jovial all the time - but I'm not a grim person. I am generally calm and easy-going.

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

My favorite music - well at the moment I would say Morton Feldman, but if you'd ask me after five minutes, I'd probably say Radiohead.

Films? I am a cinephille - good cinema is independent cinema, most favorite directors probably are John Cassavettes, Wim Wenders and Šarūnas Bartas.

Books - all sorts of books, I can talk hours about books. If it's fiction, then I guess it's Thomas Mann, on who's relations with music I've done so much research.
Scientific - I guess Walter Benjamin beats it all.

I can enlighten with broad knowledge of music history, history of ideas (especially aesthetic) and contemporary art.
