Hi, my name is Rachel Dance and I'm 19!
I'm currently on a gap year, from sept-dec 2014 I was in Tanzania working in a diving hotel and then travelling a bit in the last month!
I'm now in North America for 5 months and am looking to travel around, and explore the east coast of the USA!
I am going to Queens university in London in sept to study maths; I love sports, music, going out to clubs, bars and pubs...and of course site seeing!

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

I was told about couch surfing my a friend who I met in my first 2 weeks in Canada whilst I was at North Lake Ranch!
It seems like a fun way of travelling round in which I can meet some really cool people!

Interessen

I play the sax,piano and can somewhat play the flute/clarinet/drums!
I love all kinds of sports, currently at a horse ranch riding everyday just outside of Winnipeg!
I love going out and socialising in all forms!

Musik, Filme und Bücher

I listen to a lot of jazz, some pop music and I like musicals.
I love 'Lord Of The Rings', 'Star Wars' and 'Harry Potter'! I like chick flicks as well :)
I like Jane Austin, I am currently reading 'Emma'!

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

I was the assistant manager at a scuba diving hotel in Pemba, Tanzania. The manager went away for just under 3 weeks so at 19 years old, I ran/was in charge of a hotel by myself..and then walked out as soon as the manager came back!
