I'm currently 3 months into a year long trip around South and Central America! After almost 6 years of working I am lucky enough to start this incredible trip with my girlfriend, Alice (https://www.couchsurfing.com/users/5511142/profile). This trip has already broadened my horizons as I hoped it would do. We are very excited to see new places and continue meeting great new people, learning everything they and their city have to offer. I am friendly and like sharing my experiences with others. As a couple we are good fun to be around, we like laughing and joking so hopefully would be good company!

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

After 3 months of travelling I feel my girlfriend and I have settled into our journey and are ready for different experiences. We have had several recommendations from fellow travellers that couchsurfing offers a great way to meet locals and gain great insights into the town or city you stay in. We want to escape the repetitive hostel life and see more of what each place offers through the eyes of a local! The idea of meeting so many new people is very exciting and will be looking to host when I return home later in the year.

Intereses

I am a very active person and enjoy most sports, whilst being in South America I have enjoyed cycling and long walks (especially trekking in Patagonia). After a long day my girlfriend and I like to try and cook some good food and enjoy other peoples company.

Música, películas y libros

All types of music mainly but anything chilled out is great. I don't tend to read a lot but I'm trying to on our trip, currently I'm reading Lord of the Rings and a beginners Spanish book. Iike fantasy films and a good thriller!

Qué puedo ofrecer a los anfitriones

We think we can share a lot with our hosts if we're lucky enough to stay with anyone. We like to make food and will always be happy to cook! Alice is excellent when it comes to languages, she speaks fluently in English, Spanish and French. I only speak English but between us we would be delighted to help with any practice you may want.
