I have just graduated from university in England and am now travelling around South and Central America for 9-12 months with my boyfriend Alex, (https://www.couchsurfing.com/users/2000609220/profile) discovering this awesome continent and everything it and its people have to offer! I am fun and friendly, always willing to try new things (especially food...) and do something different. I'm a bit of an idealist and want to change the world somehow, and I think that travelling, discovering and really understanding it is a good first step!

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

Because the best way to get to know a place is to spend time with local people! Being a tourist is great but you only see one side of somewhere; by staying with the people who know it best you get to know what a place is really like. 3 months into our trip we would really like to spend more time with local people and get off the hostel circuit a little bit. We are very social and love to meet people, especially those from totally different backgrounds and places to us.

兴趣

I love languages, to travel (obviously), read, hang out, go out, eat, try new things... Since being away we have done a lot of hiking and I also have a new love for the great outdoors.

We are both very open and friendly, and (hopefully!) good fun company to have around and talk to. We like to get to know new people, share our experiences and hear about other peoples' over a beer or a bottle of wine. I in particular am a lover of languages, and we are both patient and understanding of how hard it can be to learn a new one - we would be very happy to help with language practice if we can. We are very chilled and helpful people and if anyone is kind enough to host us we will be awesome guests :)
