I am 52 years young and have 2 daughters (24 and 16) . My husband and I are both teachers...he teaches special ed teenagers, I work for a charter public school and have all grade levels on my roster. We live in a semi-rural area in Los Angeles county with dogs, goats, chickens....our desert area is very dry the last two years.
. My husband has some arthritis issues but gets along. I try to see good in life- I believe God is good and wants to bless us.

Knitting, reading and watching movies are things I like to do, as well as keeping up with my youngest child. Skyping with my girl in Germany is a highlight of my week.

mmmm- I love old movies ...and actors/actresses: Cary Grant, Audrey Hepburn, Katherine Hepburn, Gregory Peck, Errol Flynn, Bing Crosby, Bob Hope, and I do like action adventure- especially good spy movies.
Agatha Christie is one of my favorite authors, but I read, read, read....
Music-mostly my taste runs to country, old rock, and hymns.

Not sure what to put here...I can teach many things besides elementary academics: all things with dairy goats, some baking, knitting, crochet, basic weaving, embroidery, hairstyling, vegetable gardening, ...
I want to learn how other people in different countries live..kind of the technology they live with (or without)...and the laws that govern their area of the world...especially in regards to food...and share the same.
