I absolutely love adventure travel. Since I first went traveling 9 years ago I have gone a minimum of 2 months and a maximum of 11 months a year every year. I love the mountains and I do lots of climbing (ice, rock and snow), skiing, mountaineering, running and cycletouring. I normally go to Asia, I started in the himalayas in Nepal and India but the last few years I've gone to the Pamir (kyrgyztan, tadjikistan, Afghanistan) and to the Karakorum (China and Pakistan).
I am half Spanish and half English and I live in Barcelona.

This year I'm planning on crossing iceland south to north by foot in July and then in August I'm going to do some more trekking in east greenland. I'm really excited about it all, I have never been this far north in the world!!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Strangely enough, I have not done couchsurfing before... I normally stay in cheap hotels but every year I come back home thinking I really should try this couchsurfing thing... so this year is the year!!!
I always feel that one of the best things about traveling is the friendships you make along the way, and what better way than staying in someone's house?
