Hello friends. A little bit about me before you decide to host me. I am an university student studying in Canada taking some time off to travel the world. Writing this profile is probably one of hardest things I’ve ever done as even I don’t completely know myself yet. Yet I will try my best provide a brief about myself in the truest way possible. First thing you should know probably know is that I obsessively watching YouTube videos (currently Dave Chaplin, China Uncensored, Joe Rogan Experience, Wisecrack- philosophy of Rick and Morty, higher brothers (china rap), a lot of self improvement videos, 1 million dance studio). Like a silly number of videos. The only other television show that I enjoy outside of YouTube is Game of Thrones and Rick and Morty. That’s my shit XD rawr (lol). I think that people are starting to slowly veer away from television and migrating their attention to the internet. I think that this is for the better, because the internet can accommodate to the niches of almost all types of people. Whether you’re into cooking, cat, fails, vines, or a man fucking a horse, the internet is a place where anybody’s can fit in somewhere. Whereas television is the brainwashing of society to accept norms created by the elites to encourage to work for their entire lives to buy things they don’t really need. It creates an endless need for material things while simulations distracting us from the real problems.
The internet is a slippery slope because while there are many distractions it also can help like minded people get together and share a common idea. It has helped us connect with friends, family and even strangers. By sharing our interests, it has helped us connect with people of similar interest that we might not have ever known before. In a way, the freedom of the internet is a complete defiant of what the Chinese communist party is trying to achieve, a economic reform for the nation. Where everything that they show us is to either to distract or encourage buying things that we don’t need. I search for a deeper meaning to life in which life is much more than the physical. A wise man once said the tangibles don’t matter but are easy to pursue, but the intangibles are what truly matters but is easily overlooked. One of which is a genuine and authentic connection between one soul to another soul. Everybody in the world would be happier if people followed the basic idea of: Do unto others as you would have others do unto you.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I’m on couchsurfing because I believe that it can connect people with common interests. Like all social medias, it has the ability to connect like minded people and share different ideas. Couchsurfing has created the possibility of creating a meeting of two like minded strangers in real life to share their life experiences, ideas, and … couches. :)

兴趣

A summary of all of my interests that I remember since coming out of the womb. Since elementary, I’ve always enjoyed playing street baskeball and soccer during recess. Along the way, I’ve picked up a perculiar interests in books of which consists of mainly manga, fictions, romantic, fantasy, and not until recently philosophy. Ever since moving to Canada from China, I’ve always been exposed to western music through the local radio. At first I enjoyed the mainstream western pop music, however after the discovery of faster and cooler sounds I found myself enjoying a lot more rap and hip hop music. That is not to say that I think that all good rap music is good, or that all pop music is bad, there are good and bads in both, I just generally prefer to enjoy good hip hop over good pop. My earliest memory of a memorable song was Lollipop and Low by Lil Wayne and Flo Rida respectively. Shawty get low low low low low low low and she lick me like a lollipop, yeah”. As of high school I’ve started to pick up an interest in music production through Ableton and then FL Studio. Recently, I’ve discovered that I enjoy jazz and some classical music. Other recent physical activities that I’ve recently been doing are bouldering, swimming and working out.
