I think we as human beings have the ability to change day by day, thus I try to see myself not as something fixed but as somebody who is constantly developing and changing. I love to pay attention to the small things around me and I try to realize the beauty of this amazing planet as often as possible.
While travelling it is easier to open yourself for new situations, people or ideas. It is easier to change while your environment is changing.

I love to observe the people around me and to pay attention to their behavior, emotions and thus concepts in our minds that can stop us from development. I think human beings are extremely influenced by their environment. While travelling I enjoy to get an constantly growing understandment of these processes and all the little things that have an impact. I realized the individuality of everyone. But in the same time there is the struggle of living a happy life, which everybody is seeking for him or herself. While travelling I began to realize that human beings all over the world have similar problems and use similar mechanisms to cope with these.

It is another way of getting to know this world and us as human beings. As well as it is another way of getting to know ourselves. Looking from another perspective on your own life, meeting people you may would have never met otherwise this is why I am on Couchsurfing.

Sometimes I have the feeling there are too many things I am interested in. Often I try to step back and see things from further away to relate them to each other. People are able to learn a lot and keep an interest for a lot of different things. I love to get to know what has catched other peoples attention and why. As already mentioned I think we are deeply influenced by our environment and the people we meet throughout our live, thus I try to understand why people started to be interested in specific things like spirituality for example. What made them developing this curiousity to learn about it. Which questions are there to be answered and what do people achieve by being spiritual? When did they start to be interested and who influenced this? Our life is a long journey and I think we do have the possibility to influence it ourselves but therefore we need to get to know methods to do so. We need to get to the knowledge that it is possible.

the music I listen to changes all the time. Somehow it is kind of impossible for me to pay attention to the songtexts. Therefore I enjoy music, that is touching me deep inside. This feeling of being one with the music you are listening to, is something that deeply touches my heart. At the moment for example I love listening to songs of Akalé Wubé.

I love to share music that inspires me and touches me deeply inside. I think to cae for yourself and the people around you is very important for developing self-awareness and an open ear for your own and peoples struggles. Thus I love to take it easy. I love to cook for a lot of people and share good food. I think it is one part of valueing yourself.
