When I set up this Couchsurfing account in 2015, I wrote about myself: "I would describe myself as a jolly person with a strong believe in that things always turn out the best." I think I still stand behind that, although 'best' is a really strong word and jolly evokes the thought of colorful dancing dwarfs. Nonetheless, I'm a positively thinking and very social person, I like to engage in all kinds of activities, of which my most dearest are sailing, skiing and hanging out with friends. I play guitar, I occasionally write a travel blog, I like to cook and play computer games.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

The possibility of meeting new people while traveling and being part of a community based on sharing and goodwill led to this unexpected registration of mine on this platform. I'd love to offer people to stay at my place but so far, I just don't have any space to offer.

My interests are very broad and an activity has to be very very dull in order for me to not even try it out.

I like listening to Alt-J, Green Day, Reamonn, Jack Johnson, Sum 41, Red Hot Chili Peppers... So Punk and alternative and everything in between.
My all time favorite books/films: The one and only Lord of the Rings, The Hobbit, Star Wars, fantasy and science fiction in general..
