My husband of 23 years and I have two boys, 18 & 16 and have lived in Fresno for 8 years now. Originally from Canada. I work nights as a nurse in the NICU while my husband works with a local church.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We have a guest room that is often empty, so if travelers need a relaxing place to stay for a couple nights, we'd like to offer that.

Interests

Love the outdoors, walking, taking pics, and exploring new places. Like to garden. Like animals. Currently we have two small dogs and two cats. If your pets are friendly, they're welcome to join us!

I know...many people don't desire to come to Fresno - but it's a great location for visiting both Yosemite and Sequoia/Kings Canyon National Parks. We've got maps and can help you plan a fun day!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

We went on a Mediterranean 14 day cruise as a family in 2012, visiting 4 countries. Loved exploring other cultures and sites, tasting interesting cuisine, and meeting people.
