I'm interested in traveling the world by all means except through tourist-y programs. I recognize the benefits of learning from a culture and giving back to it in some way. I am in search for human connection--connection to life and I believe this is done best through sharing stories and experiencing life with others.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

A friend and I were out of shape, but nonetheless climbed a peak in Salzburg, Austria. We didn't think we were going to make it. The peak was incredibly steep and took nearly two hours of climbing straight up. Though we feared for our well-beings, we persevered and I encouraged my friend to keep going despite the fact that I had no idea if we were close to the top or not. We eventually made it and when we did, it began to rain. With smiles, we embraced and felt absolutely awesome for pushing through and accomplishing our goal.
