Josh and Nicole are a fun loving, easy going couple with a passion for travel.

We met while living in Melbourne Australia, while working together in a bistro. Six months later we packed our bags and bought one way tickets to Guatemala.

We are now headed to the US from Canada with no plan, no map and only our tent, hiking boots and backpacks.

We love meeting new people, experiencing new cultures, and eating new foods. We usually stay in hostels, but decided to try something new to get even further immersed in whatever place we find ourselves in.

Sometimes it turns out better than other times (like the bad experiment with baked plantains and refried beans in Guatemala that we try not to think about), but generally we enjoy what we cook up.
