Overview
About Me
I'm an attorney who likes new and interesting experiences, particularly with those with different backgrounds.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Since I've couchsurfed as a guest, I feel a societal obligation to return the favor. I also like sharing my space. Life is too short to spend my limited free time bored.
Some friendly advice about making requests:
- I work a substantial amount of the time, so I do need a certain amount of advance notice in order to host. I can't accommodate requests that come only a few days in advance.
- I also work an unpredictable schedule. Thus, I can't project my schedule out so far to accommodate requests that are months in advance (translation: don't tell me you are coming to NYC to see the ball drop on New Year's Eve if it's only August).
- Requests with specific dates are the only type of requests I can respond to. Please don't send me a 2+ week period and ask if I can host you at any time during that period. I don't know how to respond to these.
- NYC couchsurfing hosts get 10+ requests a day. Generic "copy paste" requests are likely to be rejected.
