I’m a European cocktail with a Swedish/English base and Greek garnish. I am a traveling yoga instructor and stress reduction coach. I’ve designed my life to fit my desire for independence, freedom and an unquenchable thirst for travel!

In my 26 years of life I’ve done a lot of random things (from scrubbing toilets on a yacht, being a TV presenter in England, learning to fly a helicopter in Sydney, modeling in Istanbul, grooming horses in Malaysia, selling cookies dressed up as a princess in Hanoi, jumping out of an aeroplane in New Zealand, to exploring caves in Mexico, mud bathing with elephants, studying yoga in India, teaching yoga in South Africa, learning Muay Thai in Thailand, and other randomness).

I enjoy big talk, not small talk. Or no talk- let's dance!

The human connection. The more I travel, the more I realise that the cliche "it's not the place, it's the people", is absolutely true.

兴趣

I'm a big believer in work hard, play hard, rest hard. Just as yoga keeps reminding me (and even the ancient greeks) - balance is key. So my interests extend from meditation, to raving, from netflix to hiking and from reading to writing.

音乐、电影和书籍

Music... the song "Sonnentanz" by klangkarussell always makes me happy. Tash Sultana gives me chills. "Dancing in the moonlight" makes me dance. "Stand by me" makes me want to sing.

Movies... "Lion King" forever has my heart. The musical has my soul.

Books... I really enjoy non-fiction books that help me grow. "The four agreements" and "The code of the extraordinary mind" are amongst my favourites.
