He practicado algunos deportes extremos: rafting en ríos amazónicos, puenting, kitesurf y he buceado en el océano Pacífico y Atlántico.

I have done extreme sports such as rafting in amazonic rivers, puenting, kitesurfing and i have also done scuba diving in Pacific Ocean so does the Caribbean.
