I'm almost in my 30s and been travelling (mostly by myself) since I was 16. Not in any of my wildest dreams I would think I would have been in so many beautiful places and meeting amazing people.

I'm graduated in International Relations and have been working with public policy (and lobby - yeah, I know) for almost 10 years. I love hearing about people's views on politics, culture and all of the things that make each of us very unique.

Besides traveling, I love to read, photograph, animals and bad reality TVs (the worse, the better!).

Since I was young, me and my family received volunteers from AIESEC in our home in Brasília, which expanded the horizons of possibilities in a way I could never have imagined, being a young woman from the outskirts of Brazil's capital.

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

After years staying in hostels around the world, I'm finally confident enough to be at couchsurfing. The idea of connecting to people on a deeper level and understanding their point of view on their cities, country and world is so much more powerful than just visiting a place. CS also makes me believe in the kindness and generosity of human kind.

Currently obsessed with Bad Bunny, Milo J and the cd Dominguinho, but I like exploring music and will listen to pretty much anything.
I'm more of a series person, but I always try to watch the Oscar nominees movies and pretend I know anything about movies to judge.
On books, I prefer fiction but have been obsessed with memoirs on Everest, solo travelling and long hikes.

In the beginning of COVID, I was able to take 200 people who were confined in the first infected Cruise in Brazil and get them to their home safe.

I value all types of knowledge and I'm open to learning anything! I'll be happy to share a few worlds of Portuguese, my experience with indigenous people in Brazil and how I was able to help approve the Tax Reform here (not the coolest subject ever, I know)
