Hi, I'm a Brewer from the U.S. and I'm currently living in Pennsylvania. I lived in San Diego for the last four years and I'll probably head back there in the summer of 2015. I lived in Scotland before that and I have to say I prefer the cold, rainy weather to the intense heat of the desert. I love rock climbing, hiking, skiing, or anything I can do in the mountains.

Right now I'm looking for brewing jobs in the U.S. And working on opening a Cider company.

I love rockclimbing and mountaineering, particularly winter climbing.

I want to start an apple orchard with cider specific varietals but I need to learn more about orcharding first. Science, engineering, chemistry, biology, economics.

Music, Movies, and Books

I read a lot of brewing books and journal papers, but they're kind of dull. The books I like to read are Sci-Fi and fantasy novels. I know it's the literary version of junk food, but I still love it.

Same with TV, crappy Sci-Fi wins every time.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Finished my first Ultramarathon in January: 50 miles in 11 hours 45 min.
