I´m an outgoing guy who loves to travel. I usually enjoy knowing other cultures and making friends around the world. I'm friendly and open-minded.

Currently, I am doing a PhD in Neuroscience in Bilbao.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think that Couchsurfing it´s a great idea to know new people and know new cities. When I search a place in Couchsurfing, I am not looking only "a place where spend the night", I want to make new friends and experience something new. I would like go to drink a beer and go out with you or simply knowing your city with you. So when I host someone I try to do this way.

Interests

I have studied Biotechnology so I am very interested in sciences, specially about neuroscience. I also love running, read books, to draw and travel. I play the clarinet and a little the piano. Now I am learning to play the guitar.

Music, Movies, and Books

About music I like all kinds of music, except reggaeton. Among my favourite songs are Hotel California byThe Eagles, Wonderwall by Oasis among others.
I greatly enjoy going to music festivals.
I also love movies and books. One of my favorite books is "In Cold Blood" by Truman Capote, "Tropic of Cancer" by Henry Miller and "If This Is a Man" by Primo Levi.
Among my favourite TV series there are: "The Wire", "Oz", "The Sopranos", "The Shield", "Peaky Blinders", "Boardwalk Empire"..etc etc..
And about movies: "Fight Club", "Trainspotting", "Rocknrolla", "La Haine", "A Prophet", "The Shining", "Into the Wild"...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Last summer I traveled around Europe (Germany, Poland, Austria, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia) doing hitchhiking. It was an amazing experience. A different way to know the countries and the people from there.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you how to play basic piano or clarinet, but don't set too high standards. If you are interested in learning Spanish. I will be glad to help.

I also love to cook so we could cook something together. I love learning new things.
