I've always wanted to try couchsurfing, thought it was a great idea, and would like to accept guest, too, after I made my first experiences couchsurfing myself and talked to some couchsurfers about how things work...

writing short stories and books, blogging, going to alternative events like poetry slams, live gigs of bands nobody knows, films that will never be shown in a cinema, being among people... I love (big) cities like New York, London, Paris, Prague, Edinburgh, Berlin and when I travel I usually rent a "real" appartment in a "real" neighborhood via airbnb and try life in that city - which is very easy when you travel with kids cause once you've appeared at the same ping-pong table in the same parc at the same time of the day three days in a row you'll definitely have new friends...

well, many of you seem eager to learn how to cook dishes from other countries - I can offer to teach you Königsberger Klopse, which is a very old-school German dish;
I'm interested in learning different languages, so please teach me a sentence or two (but not just curses and filthy words ;-))
I definitely want to learn how to play the guitar better (I can only play one cool song which is "All day and all night" by Jakob Dylan)
