I discovered couchsurfing with my roommates in Lille and I meet a lot of great people with this. Since I participate too to the CS events in Lille.
I think CS is a perfect way to be immersed with the culture, the people, the daily, specialties

I love discovering, learning, traveling, and meeting people who don't pretend. Psychology, sports and arts also interest me a lot (dance, photography, movies, music…) And I enjoy all these simple things which we measure only rarely value, walking, observing, talking, laughing ...
