Hi! I’m Océane, a French girl from the sunny south, just back from a one-year trip around the world with my boyfriend — an adventure that filled me with energy, joy, and unforgettable encounters 🌍✨

I work in engineering, but I’ve also lived in China and Spain, and love discovering how people think, live, and connect around the world. Those experiences — and especially my travels — shaped the person I am today.

I love long hikes in nature, deep talks, and those simple, quiet moments that make you feel connected to life. I’m always curious to learn from every culture, every person, every story that crosses my path.

You’ll usually find me off the beaten path, exploring local traditions, connecting with people, and discovering the real soul of each place.

But I also love going out — dancing (salsa, bachata, kizomba — if there’s music, I’m already on the dance floor 💃), laughing with friends, and organizing meetups or spontaneous hangouts wherever I am.

During my travels, I discovered spirituality in many forms, which deeply changed how I see the world. Since coming back, I’ve trained as an energy healing facilitator, continuing that journey into balance and human connection

I don’t have a home yet, so I can’t host for now, but I’m always happy to meet, share good vibes, and create beautiful moments together.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on couchsurfing to meet people in different places where I travel. To hangout with local people, and then discover the real country, and not the "superficial" one with the touristic aspect. Same if someone comes to visit my city, I'll be glad to hangout with and share good moments!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Before, I would have said going to Cameroon solo at 15, bungee jumping in China/ Europe, Skydiving, and surviving a 9-meter fall. But now, my answer is: quitting my job to travel the world! 🌎

I can teach you some French and a few Latin dance moves—salsa, bachata! I’m always up to learn your language and discover your culture. I’m also very interested in spirituality and energy work, and would love to learn more if you have knowledge to share. We can also consider an energy healing session if you’d like/need

I can share my culture, my life, my friends... and especially my positive attitud. Teach you the recipe of good crepes.
If you stay at mine, I’ll dedicate time for you, to hangout while you are here (usually take people around)
