Hi, my girlfriend Robin (22) and I (25), came to NZ in January to do an internship for Air NZ/Finish engineering degree (by developing skis). We are now on the road for 8 weeks in our beautiful van “Bongo”, heading south, and we’re trying to create some amazing adventures and experiences on the way.
Robin is Dutch 🇳🇱 I’m Danish 🇩🇰.

We hope to stay with hosts when we’re in the larger cities in NZ instead of staying at a hostel. We think the experience is so much better, and gives us a more realistic insight in the city.

🎧 We listen mostly to Indie Folk stuff, but Robin also has a Rock Mamma side, and loves a lot of classic rock!

📽 We love movies! I’m currently showing Robin all the must see movie classics, that Robin for unexplainable reasons haven’t seen.

📚 I’m currently reading a biography from a Danish women who created a coffee farm in Kenya in the early 1900.
Robin has read the Hunger Games books many times, and recently found the new 4. Book in the series, that she instantly bought.

⛵️ 4 years ago I bought a big sailboat before ever having sailed before. I have lived on the boat full time for 3 years. Robin and I have now sailed in most of Europe together, and Robin and I are planning to sail around the world in 1 years time.
