I'm a 23 year old communication student from Hilaard, a small village in Friesland, one of the provinces most north of the Netherlands. Since 4,5 years I study in Utrecht and live with 9 other students in Zeist.
I lived in Barcelona twice for half a year, during the same time I discovered couchsurfing! At the moment I'm doing a three month trip around South America, travelling to Argentina, Chili, Bolivia and Peru, I love to get to know the culture and the locals, not just other travelers.

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

It's an amazing way to offer and find places to sleep while you're travelling. When couchsurfing your experience of a city will be completly different than when you are a 'regular' tourist. They show you around, let you discover the less touristic parts of their city and often know a lot about the history or culture. You'll go to streets, bars, cafés or bars you would never have found yourself.
